Overtraining

@Sidney Elmes I currently train 4-5 days/week for about 2-3hours. Diet consists of mainly protein & carbs with 2-3 cups of fruits/veggies per day. Sleep is lacking with 5-6 hours per night.

1️⃣ Brandon Abraham Micronesian background, born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, US. Lived in multiple states. 2️⃣ I joined this community to fully hone my Muay Thai training, from dietary needs, rest tips, and techniques. 3️⃣ I’ve been in martial arts overall since I was 4 years old. Started in Tae Kwon Do, to Karate, to Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and now my favorite of all, Muay Thai. 4️⃣ My main goal is to reach my ceiling in my training regiment for upcoming camps & fights in the near future. 5️⃣ I train 5-6 days out of the week. 6️⃣ My biggest struggle is post training recovery and honestly dietary needs. 7️⃣ My favorite food is chicken. Boiled, fried, grilled, satay’d, doesn’t matter. I love it all!
