I’ve been consistently doing pushups before bed for 10 days now! I started with just 10 and I’ve added 1 pushup each day, so tonight it’ll be 21 pushups. 💪

I spent 11 minutes meditating at the top of Sign Hill Park in South SF. The sounds of grass rustling in the breeze, birds chirping all around me and airplanes taking off in the distance created the perfect soundscape for a segment of reflection.
