UPDATE: Find It Friday Is Now Deal Discovery Tuesday!
Hey squad! Wanted to give you a quick heads up that we are transitioning from Find It Friday LIVE to Deal Discovery Tuesday. We received feedback that Tuesday afternoons would be better for more of you to join, and we also heard from you guys that you would enjoy hunting for deals with us live together. So moving forward, these will be called Deal Discovery Tuesdays at 1:30pm CT. @Emily Fournier and I will be leading these calls and will be inviting STR expert agents to join us as much as possible so we can have direct insights and market feedback in real time. Next Tuesday we plan to discover interesting deals in Sedona, AZ. Hi @Farzana Hossain .. funny enough I was close to putting an offer but was turned-off by how many competing offers the listing agent was recieving. I didnt want to get into a bidding war and think it's already priced where it should be. It's actually back on the market as of last Friday (Oct 23) because the first buyer backed out due to "numbers not working out". I see you're in CA too? Hi.. Brad here and I am located in the SF Bay Area. I've been in the research phase for a few weeks and submitted a few offers but was outbidded (close though!). My 90-day goal is to close and launch a STR. I automate my research using Claude (pulls MLS listings, does photo comp scoring, etc.) but it can't factor in the human-element of carrying out a vision so the property performs at the top-10%.
