Le Male Elixir by Jean Paul Gaultier
Well it’s warm and muggy on the bayou, looks to be this way the rest of the Christmas season, perhaps the year. Went with this today as I find it more of a Fall fragrance and well we’re back in our “fall”. Le Male Elixir by Jean Paul Gaultier is an Oriental Fougere fragrance for men. Top notes are Lavender and Mint; middle notes are Vanilla and Benzoin; base notes are Honey, Tonka Bean and Tobacco. Welcome on board! The new sailor Le Male Elixir will induce burning cravings and drive your senses crazy. Burning desire spreads with the irresistible notes of fresh lavender, warming tonka bean, and gentle benzoin. With a gilded torso, this fiery novelty from Jean Paul Gaultier embodies radiant power and seductive charisma. It is finished! You melt away with burning desire. This intense fragrance ignites the fire of the senses on his upper body and gives the soft skin a burning sensuality. After a refreshing breeze of mint, the tide rises to addiction, becoming a glowing elixir. In this breath of fresh air, dashing lavender quickly takes on lusty proportions, enhanced by the balsamic richness of benzoin with syrupy vanilla accents. The tonka bean trumps with its warm and sweet tones between honey and tobacco. The time has come: You jump! Radiant at first sight, glowing with masculinity, more fiery than ever. The torso is bursting with muscles, the skin is bathed in copper color by the sinking sun. What a Gaultier body... what accomplished style. Finely chiseled grooves stand out on its muscles dipped in gold and merge with the amber stripes of the sailor shirt, which plays with transparency effects in a highly sexy way.

Honestly any LeMale, Complement magnets. This one is a must have. I go back and forth between this and LeParfum but find the OG to be most versatile. My fall/winter GO TOOS
Sotd Prada Paradigme
This smelled great in Macy's, so I bought a decant, but I can see why many people aren't excited about Paradigme. It goes on with light woody, vanilla, and a slight aromatic note joins in. Sillage is mild from the start, very mild after 2 hours, and lasts about 4-5 hours. It's an uninspiring skin scent after that I'll overspray the decant atomizer for future wears, but at this point, I'm going to agree with the critics. Even when this hits $60 at discounters, I have no plans to add it to the arsenal.

@Dave Anderson haha I’m a heavy sprayer and only spray on clothing. I can’t spray anything on skin unfortunately.
YSL Y MYSLF: A Modern Office Signature
My newest fragrance arrived. YSL’s MYSLF is a quietly confident fragrance that understands the balance between presence and restraint—making it exceptionally well-suited for office wear. It opens with a clean, luminous burst of citrus and bergamot that immediately feels polished and professional, never sharp or intrusive. As it develops, the heart reveals smooth orange blossom and soft florals layered with a contemporary aromatic touch, giving the scent a refined, almost tailored quality. What truly elevates MYSLF is the base: warm woods and subtle amber create a sophisticated foundation that stays close to the skin while still projecting enough to be noticed in conversation, not across the room. The transitions between layers are seamless, creating a composed, modern profile that feels intentional rather than flashy. It’s the kind of fragrance that complements a well-fitted suit or business-casual attire equally well—clean, elegant, and dependable. For those seeking a refined daily driver that signals professionalism with understated style, MYSLF fits the role beautifully.

It’s one of the best. I’d put it in my top 10.
SOTE - Le Male Elixir
45F out and perfect weather for this bad boy. This is one of the frags that I can wear more than once a week and not get sick of it.

It’s that good. LeMale line and ADG line I say are the only 2 you really need for all year lol. LeMale for fall/winter/ early spring. ADG for late spring/summer.

@Jon Haferman yeah any beginner save money and stick to those 2 lines. I wear them like 70 percent of the time even with like 40 bottles total lol. I’d be perfectly happy with like 10 between those 2 lines haha. And a lot less spent.
