10 Insights from Synthesizer Mastermind
I just got back from Andrew Kirby & Aiden'a Synthesizers Mastermind in LA. a room full of the top Skool community builders doing $100K-$900K+/month. I placed 9th in their recent 100 competition and walked away with 10 insights that are going to change how I run my business. Idea #4 and #10 are pretty cool

Congratulations on placing 9th! Skool has been such an amazing platform for so many of us. I'm looking forward to seeing what's next for all of us.
The 8 Tools I'm Using to Build a $1M Solo Coaching Business (with Ai)
My entire business runs on 8 tools and $1,147 a month. I have zero funnels. Don't do sales calls. And have 1 Executive Assistant. In this video I walk through every single tool what it costs, why I use it, and how they connect. Watch the counter in the corner add it all up as we go.

PLATFORM
With the various posts we can offer clients. is it suitable for all platforms. The niche I focus on Is more Linkedin based. What works on Insdta and FB doesn't seem to work on there

@Victoria Leigh is right on! If your target audience is on LinkedIn, then go all-in there and get the brand voice tuned for that platform.
It Broke...
Last week we launched LFOS to our clients. This is our AI operating system for founders. And within about 48 hours... It broke. Windows users were getting this beautiful wall of red error text. One member, Janeen, couldn't even get the console to load. "This site can't be reached." Classic. Now here's the thing. The old version of me would've taken that as evidence. See? You should've waited. Tested more. Polished more. Launched next quarter instead. But here's what actually happened: Kevin found the bugs and fixed them within hours. I personally emailed every single person who hit the wall. And Janeen? She wrote back: "Thanks Dan. I will give it a try over the weekend." Nobody rage-quit. Nobody asked for a refund. Nobody wrote me a strongly worded email about my incompetence. Because people don't leave when things break... They leave when things break and nobody's home. Here's what I've learned building this thing: Perfectionism isn't about having high standards. It's mostly just fear. The unshipped offer feels safe because nobody can judge it. The unpublished post can't flop. The program that lives in your Notion can't get a refund request. But it also can't change anyone's life. Including yours. I know coaches sitting on pages upon pages of plans ... brilliant plans ... waiting for it to be perfect. But that version doesn't exist. There's only the version of your offer, or content, or prodcut that ships, breaks, gets fixed, and gets better... and ... the version that stays hidden and stays perfect ... and stays worthless. How comfortable are you at being seen mid-mess. I am willing to bet money that your ability to take action amidst the "messy-ness" is proportional to how much money you will make. If there's something you've been sitting on... an offer, a community, a post you keep rewriting... Comment "SHIP" below and then share with us what it is. Sometimes saying it out loud to one person is all it takes. To your success, Dan

@Jermey Matthews, it works! 😃 Really strong positioning. It is immediately clear who the newsletter is for, what they will gain, and why you are qualified to teach it. My only small suggestion would be consider a non-scripty/italics font; people with aging eyes might have difficulty reading it.

@James Crisp The first time I ever went live, I was so nervous that the moment one viewer appeared, I immediately ended it. It turned out the viewer was my wife coming in to support me. 🤣 There is no elegant way around this part. You do it scared, you do it badly, and eventually it stops feeling like such a big deal. Keep shipping. F**k what anyone thinks. The people judging from the sidelines were never going to build it for you anyway.
