One of my favorite LinkedIn systems is the inbound-to-call system. 👇🏻
This is the flow that I watch for: 1. They see a post that speaks to a problem they already want fixed. They have in their mind that that issue is crucial to solve. 2. They click my profile to figure out if I actually know what I’m talking about. Exactly why your branding on your profile should be top-notch. 3. They read my headline, banner, featured section, and recent content. Everything is consistent with my website, content, newsletters, etc. 4. They find a clear next step, usually my newsletter, live content, DMs, or a link to another landing page, offer, you name it. 5. They spend time around my content until timing and trust line up. Once they've done that, they go to the final step. 6. They book a call because the path made sense from start to finish. There was no messy business in between. I’m breaking this down in my LinkedIn Live Masterclass this Friday. You can get the details at https://lnkd.in/edzwAaQ3

@Alex Colhoun & @Dorel Ciprian Nafornita do either of you have any data on the view rates, conversion rates, etc. for LinkedIn Newsletters? I don't want to jump into doing it without some understanding of how effective it generally is.
Revenue on LinkedIn comes from this simple process 👇🏻
Happy Tuesday everyone. This is the exact system I use to turn content into sales opportunities: 1. I pick one business goal for the month. 2. I build content around the problems my buyers already want solved. 3. I post content that speaks to pain points, objections, buying triggers, and clear outcomes. 4. I use LinkedIn Lives to go deeper on the same themes and build trust faster. 5. I repurpose those Live topics into my newsletter so people keep seeing the same message in a stronger format. 6. I send connection requests to my ICP, people who are actively engaging with content (hot replies) and start convos from the content they engaged with. 7. I follow up in DMs with direct paths to the next steps (low-tickets, high-tickets, etc). So your content is warming people up, your LinkedIn Lives are building depth, the newsletters are keeping attention, and the inbound/outbound DMs create calls/meetings. I’m opening 3 done-for-you content agency spots for August at Elevate. If you want me and my team to build the content machine for you, book a slot with me: alexcolhoun.com/Elevate

@Alex Colhoun Are you doing your LinkedIn Lives as Events or announcing them in some way?
Big Changes Coming to the Accelerator Program 👇🏻(Read Below)
Hi all, super exciting announcement for you all today. For those of you who have been with me for the last year, you remember when we first launched The Accelerator Program. This was the start of my LinkedIn Systems bundled up into module/course formatted content. A lot has changed in the last 6-9 months, which means a lot of the content is also changing. SO, the update for you (specifically for the Premium peeps in here): - The Accelerator Program is getting a revamp on videos. I will be doing a lot more frequent videos, with less editing and more raw. The idea is to have loads of tutorials and explanations for you guys, instead of overpolished mush. Yayyy. - I'll be renaming a bunch of the course modules, the material, and how the content is formatted (specifically the order). Keep an eye out for that in the Classroom. Results will be specific to what's working RIGHT now (this week, not 2 months ago). - Also, why do I charge for "Premium" and how do I price it? Great question; I get it a lot. First off, free content isn't taken seriously (for many of you). Paid content does. My paid content is also built for people who are actually serious, and I cannot give 1:1 private support to every single person who decides to stay on the free plan. (That's fine, just explaining my time scope as I'm a one-man show). Okay, just wanted to share this with you all. LinkedIn is still THE place to be in 2026. LET'S KEEP CRUSHING IT!!! 🔥

@Alex Colhoun
Hey everyone, I’m Bradford.
I teach business owners how to stop collecting disconnected AI tools and start building custom automation systems that actually fit the way their companies operate. That usually means turning repetitive work, scattered processes, and knowledge trapped inside people’s heads into connected systems their teams can run. I have built a custom digital workforce for my own business with more than 90+ agents and 500+ workflows, and now I help others think through what their version should look like. I am also returning to content after stepping away for a few months. I had burned myself out trying to keep feeding the content machine, then became consumed by a demanding client engagement that left me questioning where I was putting my time and energy. Taking a step back gave me time to reflect, pray, and reconsider what I actually wanted to build. Now I am returning with considerably more clarity, and, apparently, an animated office comedy. 😂 The thumbnail attached is from a new show we are creating called Life in the Everyday Average Office. It is one part workplace satire, one part creative experiment, and probably evidence that I have spent too much time building digital employees. I joined this community because LinkedIn is becoming a much more important part of how I share my work, and @Alex Colhoun has clearly built something worth learning from. I am looking forward to improving how I communicate these ideas, learning from everyone here, and contributing wherever my experience with automation and operational systems may be useful. Thank you, @Alex Colhoun! Glad to be here.
900 in the house 🎉
Wild to see this community grow to 900 of you learning LinkedIn together. When I started Learn LinkedIn w/ Alex (previously the Growth Innovator Community, the goal was simple: build the one place where founders, operators, and creators could actually figure out how to make LinkedIn profitable. Real clients, real revenue, real business. And y'all showed up. The questions in the feed, the wins people are dropping, the peer support threads... this is what a real community looks like. Quick thank you to everyone who's: - Posted a win - Answered someone's question - Shown up to a Q&A - Dropped a gem that helped someone else close a client Onto 1,000 👀 PS! What's one thing you want us to cover next as we head toward 1K? Drop it below.

Congratulations! 🥳 I expect that you probably have content on this in the Classroom, but I'm looking to catch up on what's new in Sales Navigator (haven't been using it for a number of months), and what the current best practices are.
