Sweet Vindication ☝️🤓 … now, Determination
For years I was told to specialize Idk how many times I heard the old adage “Jack of all trades, master of none” A moment of mild -vindication came once someone enlightened me on the fact that the actual metaphor went: “Jack of all trades, master of ONE” This made sense. Gain a wide range of skills but go deep in one. I believe it was Ryan Deiss who I first heard speaking about the “T” shaped marketing skillset — more confirmation of the “Jack of all trades” reframe. Another star in my sky came after I first listened to the E-Myth audio book many years ago. The author described a relatable journey of jumping from thing to thing, picking up skills along the way until one day he found THE thing that validated his entire journey and finally made him a success. The REAL moment of Validation/Vindication/VigourousVascularVibration 💗 came while reading @Kasim Aslam’s book Hired. I have no intention of hiring a EA but I started reading it to learn what makes a good one. As Kasim described what to look for, where to look and the kind of mindset to expect from Pareto Talent, I couldn’t help but feel joy. I finally figured out where these winding, intertwined, unbeaten paths have been leading me all these years. As serendipity would have it I recently made a pitch to an entrepreneur, who’s program I’m taking, to essentially be their EA, but I had no idea that this was what it was called or what the actual extent of the role was. Now I’ve resolved to pursue this with intention. It’ll take time but I have the resources here to guide me. If you made it this far, thanks for reading my story ❤️

Good job
The P.A.M. Framework Is LIVE!
This framework helps you stop building for “everyone” and start designing your business around a real transformation. Instead of static avatars that sit in a doc, this maps your client’s full journey over years, so you can choose one level to master, build products that actually solve problems, and form natural partnerships. It gives you clarity on who to serve, what to build, and who to refer out. Huge thanks to @Christina Hooper for creating and sharing this framework with the community. You’ll find The P.A.M. (Progressive Avatar Matrix) Framework now in the Classroom. GO!

My Success Story
I just want to share this from my heart, Since I joined this Skool platform, I’ll be honest… I didn’t see the results I was hoping for at first. Month after month, nothing really changed. From January till November, life was tough. Very tough. There were days I felt stuck, confused, and frustrated. I tried my best, but things were not working. It affected not just me, but my family too. There were moments I questioned myself, moments I felt like giving up, moments I couldn’t even sleep properly because of financial pressure 😭 But something changed last year December. For the first time ever, I made my first $1,000 online. I can’t fully explain how emotional that moment was for me. It felt like a door finally opened after a whole year of struggle. After months of tears, stress, and silent prayers, December showed me that patience truly pays. Today, I’m genuinely grateful I didn’t quit. Grateful I stayed. Grateful I joined this platform, even when it felt like nothing was happening. If you’re reading this and you’re still struggling, please don’t give up. Sometimes the breakthrough comes when you least expect it. This month reminded me that things can change, even after a very hard year. I’m just thankful… truly thankful 🙏❤️

That's great to hear. congrats
E-commerce rewards the ones who stay consistent.
Anyone can start. Very few stay long enough to win. Behind every “successful store” is: • failed products • rejected ads • lessons learned the hard way E-commerce isn’t about luck — it’s about systems, testing, and discipline. If today feels slow, remember: Progress isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s quiet improvement. Keep building. Keep learning. Keep showing up. The effort you put in today is laying the foundation for tomorrow’s success.

Very true!
learning to trust my teacher.
What would happen if you trusted your body as your primary teacher? I bet most of us would not fall “sick” anywhere near as much as we do. It’s like, I used to view myself as ‘crazy’ – that something was seriously wrong with me. Until I shifted environments and found people who saw me as wise and level-headed. That was when my symptoms of being ‘crazy’ disappeared. Same same with my body. What I’ve been describing as a disorder? I’m now recognizing as my body’s persistent attempts to communicate with me. It’s been complaining for years now. I’ve been ignoring it, trying to appear ‘normal’ for violent systems that threatened the well-being of myself and my daughter. So, its signals have become harder to overlook.. My hunch is that it’s reflecting its complete lack of ease (dis-ease) with my environment. I anticipate that shifting environments will resolve this. So I’m choosing to listen to its cues and give it the best environment possible so it can support this crucial work I’ve been entrusted with. What about you? What is your body telling you? How are you listening? In gratitude, Deborah.
