And ultimately it was a pretty simple fix--instead of a wireless connection that I had been using since the beginning, I tried the usb connection and that was the solution. Just purchased CalSync App and am using the download link for Mac. Upon download, I'm trying to access and when signing in...I'm getting the following: An unexpected error occurred: connect: Connection lost before handshake. What am I doing wrong, and what do I do to access properly? Thank you!
