How I’ve Been Leveraging AI in My Marketing (and the Results I’m Seeing)
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been experimenting with ways to simplify my digital marketing workflow using AI. One of my main goals has been to spend less time on repetitive tasks (like content creation and ad copy) and more time on strategy and growth. Here’s what’s been working for me so far: Creating high-converting ad variations in minutes instead of hours. Using AI tools to analyse customer data and spot patterns I would’ve missed. Generating new content ideas that actually resonate with my target audience. The biggest benefit? I feel like I’m finally working on my business instead of getting stuck in the weeds. I know a lot of us are here in this community because we want to level up our digital marketing skills and actually see results from what we learn, so I thought I’d share what’s working on my end. I’m curious: What’s your #1 goal right now with AI and digital marketing? Have you found one strategy or tool that has made a big difference for you? Would you like me to break down step-by-step how I’ve been setting this up? I’d love to hear your thoughts and swap ideas with you all
The #1 Reason Your Marketing Isn’t Converting (And How to Fix It Fast)
Most businesses don’t have a traffic problem. They have a trust problem. You can run ads, post daily on social, or send endless emails… but if your audience doesn’t trust you, conversions will always lag. Here’s a simple trust-building strategy you can implement today: Instead of showcasing what you do, highlight how your product or service has changed a customer’s life or business. Use specific outcomes, numbers, or a before-and-after story. For example: “We help businesses grow with social media.” “One of our clients grew their Instagram from 2k → 25k followers in 6 months and doubled sales, without spending a dime on ads.” When people see proof and outcomes, they stop questioning if you can help them, and start asking how. Your marketing shouldn’t just inform, it should transform perception and inspire action The takeaway: Sell with stories, not just statements. Question for you: What’s one way you’ve built trust with your audience that had a noticeable impact on your conversions?

@Dylan Messerschmidt, Completely agree, trust is the real currency in outreach. In e-commerce, I’ve seen the same: vague claims rarely move the needle, but when you anchor your message in real outcomes and personalize it to the prospect’s world, the conversation shifts from skepticism to curiosity. The challenge is making this repeatable without losing authenticity, how do you approach that balance?
Why your cold emails aren't getting replies (and what we do instead)
Most people’s emails sound like this: “Hey, we help {niche} get more clients with a proven system…” It’s vague. It’s about you. And it blends in with the 27 other pitches in their inbox. Here’s what we’ve found works way better especially in cold outreach: 1. Start with them, not you.Lead with a custom opener something from their site, job post, or LinkedIn. "Saw you’re rolling out [offer/product] curious how you’re handling [problem]." 2. Replace benefits with outcomes. “We helped [company] book 22 sales calls last month without ads or manual follow-up.” 3. Soften your CTA. “Open to a quick brainstorm on how we’d do that for you?” NOT “let me know a good time” that’s too aggressive for cold. Using just these 3 tweaks, we’ve helped clients consistently land 5–8 qualified calls/month even in dry niches like real estate, logistics, and coaching. If it’d be helpful, I can send over the structure we use + a few real examples that get replies. Just drop comment or DM me and I’ll shoot it your way!

Absolutely spot on, most cold emails fail because they sound templated and self-centred. Personalization rooted in genuine observation immediately shifts the tone from “pitch” to “conversation,” and framing outcomes over features builds trust much faster. I’ve found that soft CTAs not only reduce resistance but also invite curiosity, which is often the missing ingredient in outreach. Curious: how do you balance personalization at scale without losing the authenticity that makes these openers effective?
Confession Time: Building My Business Has Been Both a Battle & a Blessing…
When I first started this journey, I thought digital marketing was all about clever ads and fancy funnels. But wow, I quickly realized it’s so much more. Some days it feels like I’m climbing a mountain with no map, and other days I get those little wins that remind me why I started in the first place. One struggle? Staying consistent with content without burning out. One win? Cracking the code on one campaign that brought in more leads than I expected (and boosted my confidence big time). I know I’m not the only one who’s felt this rollercoaster. That’s why I wanted to open up this conversation here. What’s been your biggest struggle lately when it comes to growing your business online? And on the flip side, what’s one recent win you’re proud of (no matter how small)? I’d love to hear your stories because we can all learn from each other’s experiences. Sometimes, just knowing someone else is facing the same challenges makes the journey a whole lot easier. Drop your thoughts below. I’ll be hanging out in the comments to chat. Let’s grow together, one win (and lesson) at a time.

This sounds exciting! Quick question for everyone here, if you could pick just one area of digital marketing you’d want more clarity or support with right now, what would it be? Is it getting more leads, running ads that actually convert, growing your email list, or maybe creating content that stands out? I think it’d be awesome to hear what challenges people are facing most. That way, we can see where the biggest wins could come from in the club
