I am building a bot to test out on my page - https://moldremediationsarasota.com/. It provides info on taking care of mold but doesn't offer to have them call or to have someone reach out? It's a simple lead gen site. What am I missing?

I am still on a bit of a catch-up with trainings, as I was travelling and lost track of timezones. So I only managed to watch the training on the video creation last night (can't remember the name of the software ... Something Gen?!?); anyway I thought it would be brilliant for a client I was seeing today and he's really keen. I think there's other stuff that I am learning here that will be good for him too, but getting some videos made was already a top priority and this is going to make it so much easier. I expect to be able to get him to do the voice recording early next week and meanwhile I'll work on the content ... so hopefully we'll get the copy and pasting done next week and get his (and my) first one done.

Ok - last year I had a stroke - gettin better SLOWLY! Don't think I could get up in front of people as sometimes I can't talk so good. Love to hear other ways I could present it in other ways (for now).
