NEW! - Break The Habit Challenge
Starting the May 1st, we are running a new challenge: Breaking a habit we know we should, but haven't yet been able to let go of. How To Participate: 1: Pick one habit you want to release 2: Share it in the community: beginning with, "This May, I am breaking the habit of...." and a bit about why you are choosing that habit - Perhaps adding what you will do instead! (under the ✂️ Break The Habit Challenge category) 3: Support others by commenting and showing up for them What Habits To Break: Anything that’s no longer serving you. - Substances: Intoxicants, sugar, or anything you’re using to numb, escape, or cope - Behaviors: Risky, avoidant, or self-sabotaging patterns - Self-Worth: Saying yes when you mean no, Letting boundaries be crossed, Putting yourself last I’ll be hosting some digital catch-ups/sharing videos throughout the challenge to support one another and talk though the urges and challenges. I will also share some resources on habit building! Who is in?

@Zachary Phillips yes of course brother this is true,it's very rewarding but just face some challenges sometimes times due to limited resources to enable the children get the best services this is because right now all the children are looking at me and my father to provide them for all the needs which looks quite challenging.but we believe that every child deserves to live a better life. I started up a community here on skool in the names of the orphange to welcome more volunteers who would wish to work with us thank you.
Hi!!
Hi I’m Cyndi originally from IL, lived in SC for 12 years and recently moved back to IL with two of my kids to stay with my mother to help her out. My other two kids stayed in SC for now. My daughter and I rescue cats, and at the moment we have 8! I also recently left an abusive marriage of 25 years and have a lot of healing and processing to do from that. I am hoping to find a sense of community here and tools to help on my healing journey. My room is my cozy safe space where I do all of my journaling and breath work for now. When it gets warmer out I will probably move that to an outside space here as we have a wooded area next to the house that’s beautiful.
