Buy then build
@Navjot Bindra For a new topic request, let’s dive into “Buy Then Build” someday if possible– acquiring an existing business and scaling it up, versus starting from scratch. - Is this a smarter, lower-risk path to entrepreneurship with instant revenue, customers, and ops in place? - How do you spot targets, value them, finance the deal (SBA loans - what's similar in Canada, seller notes?), due diligence red flags, and growth tactics post-buyout? Is this a good idea - homestays or rural ventures etc.

What got you here, won't get you there!
Please can we talk on the lines of this someday? Today's topic (rich vs ultra rich) kind of got me thinking on the lines that not even Rich to Ultra rich will require us to eat glass. I know business requires different kind of perseverance and grit to lead us into the next stage. Can we ponder deeper into the stages between rich. Let’s say one has achieved 1M (not by Bitcoin or Nvidia - rather just basic savings and hustle) and wants to go to the ceiling of the Rich (knows his or her bounds lie within rich and not ultra rich) but does not like what they do now so much (so going from 1M liquid to 5M liquid seems impossible - actually even if one likes it and 1m took 5-10+years, 5M+ will still realistically lead them info traditional retirement age). What should one do too get to "there" aka the next stage? How to see and start on business or other opportunities? What mindset change requires to move from traditional paths of saving from traditional paycheck? How to build your next North Star and life strategies? Other life activities that are needed (habits, investments, sacrifices etc) Amy other things in the context? If it seems too big for a 15 min - can take up in different sessions.

Power of Habit ✅
In today's 5AM call, we discussed about 1 habit that as a deep impact on our overall lives. Many of us shared our thoughts around this. Let's put our top Habit that's had an impact on our lives in this post. I will go first: 1. Waking up early and getting difficult / important things done before the world wakes up. 2. Dividing my to-do list into Urgent vs Important tasks - so that only the urgent tasks don't take priority. Let's go 👇
