Hey everybody, I'm Billy. I am a real estate development professional in the real estate developer firm market for over 12 years now. Recently after Covid, I have transitioned into online world such as trying out free lance work at Fiverr etc, but still can't see how it can sustain the lifestyle. Thus, I looked into online media such as YouTube aka content creation and saw ifs a such bigger world as compared to just a freelance admin support.
