Hi, everyone! Last year I started my corporation with ownr.co, and it's coming around time for my annual subscription to renew at C$199 for the year. At this point, the site just stores my minute book and ensure my documents are up-to-date and compliant, but I'm looking to save the funds and thinking these things could be take care of on my own. Does anyone know about how to take care of those things independently or where to go to get clear, reliable information about that?

Hi, I'm a new entrepreneur in self-publishing. I've just launched my first full-length book. My 12-month goals are to learn how to do advertising well, launch my second book, and find topics for future books. We're also going to be having our second child this October or November, which is even more important! :)
