Now to cut price tags and do laundry.

I have an item that I shipped on Aug 7th with tracking but it was never marked as delivered. Now the customer is asking for a refund. How do I handle this? USPS tracking is saying it's in transit arriving late. It's been saying that since Aug 11th.

From what I understand Whatnot charges the buyer 8.77 shipping for up to 5 lbs., how does shipping work with the seller. Thanks.
