1. Taking two days off to plan, after finding out from HighLevel tech support agent that my UI and their system (on my account) was at fault for a myriad of problems, because they'll need two days for developers to work out and fix the problem. 2. Call GHL billing dept and ask for a full month's fee as refund based on the recommendation of the live tech agent who escalated my problem to GHL developers 3. Plan my new websit that should work when they get things fixed.I'm excited again

@Dorn Just Dorn man, that is certainly a five-course meal of food for thought. It clearly applies to us as creators of directories and websites and everything in them, and at another level, it also applies to the businesses we include in our directories and websites. I think it’s going to take a little bit of analysis before we find the best route. In the meantime, the skeleton setup we start with provides ways to include factual authority, and good presentation.
One Phone Call (5min) over $1200!
So GHL has a new feature under Reviews - Settings, that allows you to set up a 'Drip' to reply to old reviews...Its super easy and works great!Old reviews were very time consuming to sort only as in GHL and GBP you had to manually scroll and select the un-replied review to then action a reply and it would take you back to the start of reviews after doing the reply...so if your on pg 20! its a nightmare!Now we can set up a Drip and select reply to reviews older than 6 months, reply to 10-20 per day etc...Only reply to 2stars and above, use a generic response...So i tested this on one customer who pay for a full use GHL subscription, and it sorted all of their 300+ outstanding review replies...I then phoned another customer and told them they had over 2300 unanswered Reviews...(Across 3x Locations) So i offered this.... $0.24c per reply $97 Per month per location and a set drip rate per location so that the Sub is 2x3 of $97 and 1x$97 Total cost $1242.28Deal was accepted on the spot!While we do the replies we will build a custom Agent in the specific style and tone of the mangers from each location and deploy, thus showing its effectiveness and continuing the reply service at $97 PM (This customer has always done review management in house and has not wanted to use AI for it...)
