Simple upper body session.
4 exercises Incline Dumbell Chest Press 4 sets x 5 reps. Pull ups 4 sets x 5 reps. 90 seconds rest between sets. Next Seared Shoulder Dumbell Shoulder Press Super set with: Chest supported Dumbell Rows. 3 sets x 6 reps. Usually finish with 10 to 15 minutes of Zone 2 cardio.

Bia, 5 months 🐣, started because I wanted a outlet for my mental health, I’m a very anxious person, currently taking meds, heard how good this was for mental health and for the body in general as I’m also looking to lose some weight, currently trying my best to keep consistent even tho sometimes I get frustrated when stuck on bottom mount 😂
