If you have extensive experience building AI agents from scratch, know how to script, prompt, and optimize conversations, and can communicate directly with clients to understand their exact needs—this role is for you. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AI Voice Agent Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up AI voice agents for outbound and inbound calls and expertise in building workflows and managing operations within Go High Level (GHL). This role requires a tech-savvy individual who can optimize client operations, maintain up-to-date systems, and recommend innovative tools to improve our AI infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Set up and manage AI voice agents for outbound and inbound call workflows. - Design and implement workflows within Go High Level (GHL) for seamless client management. - Troubleshoot and optimize AI call systems for better performance. - Collaborate with clients to maintain updated processes and ensure satisfaction. - Continuously analyze and recommend tools or technologies to enhance AI voice agent functionality. - Monitor call metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates. - Provide regular updates to the team and clients on workflow efficiency and outcomes.
