AI Voice Agent Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Voice Agent Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up AI voice agents for outbound and inbound calls and expertise in building workflows and managing operations within Go High Level (GHL). This role requires a tech-savvy individual who can optimize client operations, maintain up-to-date systems, and recommend innovative tools to improve our AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage AI voice agents for outbound and inbound call workflows.
  • Design and implement workflows within Go High Level (GHL) for seamless client management.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AI call systems for better performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to maintain updated processes and ensure satisfaction.
  • Continuously analyze and recommend tools or technologies to enhance AI voice agent functionality.
  • Monitor call metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Provide regular updates to the team and clients on workflow efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with AI voice agent setup for outbound and inbound calls.
  • Expertise in Go High Level (GHL) and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with AI call tools and ability to identify and recommend the best options.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and client management processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain consistent communication.
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude toward learning and implementing new technologies.
Compensation:
14 days probation period then base salary
