Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Voice Agent Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up AI voice agents for outbound and inbound calls and expertise in building workflows and managing operations within Go High Level (GHL). This role requires a tech-savvy individual who can optimize client operations, maintain up-to-date systems, and recommend innovative tools to improve our AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage AI voice agents for outbound and inbound call workflows.
- Design and implement workflows within Go High Level (GHL) for seamless client management.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI call systems for better performance.
- Collaborate with clients to maintain updated processes and ensure satisfaction.
- Continuously analyze and recommend tools or technologies to enhance AI voice agent functionality.
- Monitor call metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Provide regular updates to the team and clients on workflow efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with AI voice agent setup for outbound and inbound calls.
- Expertise in Go High Level (GHL) and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with AI call tools and ability to identify and recommend the best options.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and client management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain consistent communication.
- Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude toward learning and implementing new technologies.
Compensation:
14 days probation period then base salary
