This is our first full SOMA Breathwork journey — a 35-minute session created to help you calm the chaos, return to safety within, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or lie down undisturbed. Allow yourself to be guided by the music, the rhythm, and your breath — there’s no right or wrong, only what feels true for you in this moment. After you finish, take a few minutes to rest or journal about what you noticed. Drink plenty of water.
