I’m in Raleigh, NC and am a long covid coach. I have my own community as my platform and anti inflammatory eating is something I teach in my community as it really helps with the symptom load. I’m an avid gardener and this year we expanded the garden in the back yard so that I now have 3 in ground beds and 2 raised beds. All of my beds are 4’ x 8’. I also have a dedicated area for my grow bags which I use for potatoes as they are much easier to harvest that way. I’m in both of @Andrew Brooks communities and he invited me since he knows I’m big into gardening. My gardening goal is to successfully grow squash, melons, and tomatoes. I tried last year and didn’t have much success. I’ve learned a lot about the soil food web and have done a lot to improve my soil. My herbs, onions, garlic, and shallots are doing great and I just harvested a couple shallot clusters since they were starting to bolt. I’m in my third year as a gardener and I love it! My family harasses me every time I bring home a new plant. I might be a wee bit obsessed! 🤩 One interesting fact about me is that I have hot pink hair. I’ve also had it purple and teal. It’s fun and I get a lot of comments on it.
