Happy Monday! Alchemy Support Hour— 1/19/26 — 5:20-6:20p est
How’s everyone feeling today? I don’t know about you, but I’ve been feeling extremely fatigued over the last few days. A few of my friends said they’d been experiencing exhaustion too. If you are feeling overly tired right now, you aren’t alone. Days like these can feel like they take forever to get through. I also want you to know that everything is temporary and tired days won’t last forever. For now, I’ve been trying to take little micro rests when I’m beginning to feel drained. Even if just for two minutes, my rest is pausing to look at the birds jumping from branch to branch in the trees and noticing the fluffy clouds float by my window. When my awareness comes back to the present moment, I take a deep cleansing breath, feeling slightly more refreshed. What’s something you’re doing that’s working for you? I’d love to hear about it! Also, I wanted to mention, Please feel free to make posts in the group too. Tell us great things that are happening in your life and share your struggles, this is a safe space where we can all support each other to not feel so alone in life. I surely am grateful you’re here 🫶 I’ll be in the office til around 6:20p, so please reach out if you need some support.

I’m struggling with mental health. Hard to get out of bed and no joy in anything. It’s been really really hard. I’m sorry I haven’t been on here much I’ll do better 🖤
🌿✨Alchemy Support Hour 1/12/26– 5pm-6pm est
Good Evening Alchemists! How is the weather where you are right now? For me, it’s 64 with a very cool breeze on top of my deck. Something I’ve noticed with traveling around the country is that the weather can really affect my mood and state of being depending on where I am. A few years ago, we spent the spring in Oregon & Washington State. There would be times that the sun didn’t shine for daaaaaays on end. After about a week of drizzly rain, one day we were outside and the clouds parted; the sun beaming against a bright blue sky. In that moment, I was so immensely grateful to feel the sun on my skin. For those of you living where it’s cold, dreary, and all you see is gloomy gray— warm skies are ahead, this too shall pass. Take this time to cocoon within your space you call home and nurture it. Maybe move around some pictures you’ve had hanging in the same spot for years. You could even re arrange the livingroom furniture for something new and exciting. It feels good when we change things up a bit and becomes happy with our space again. This can go for clearing out our mind too. So much stagnant, old energy resides there and it needs to be cleared and re-arranged as well. Going inward during this season of gloom can help us blossom for the most radiant spring. Of course, this can even happen here in Florida too. The last 4 days, my body has been nudging me to rest, slow down. I’ve felt like the only place i am safe is inside my bus. Being in the location of my major trauma is taking a toll on me and I know the best thing I can do is follow my knowing. My nudge is telling me to pause and let everything settle. Sometimes my rest is coming up on the deck for a few minutes and admiring the view, sitting inside by my house plants with my tea, or even walking to the lake. I’ve found taking pauses has helped me tremendously to stay balanced. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, it’s okay for you to rest too. Emotional Alchemy Support Hour-- 1/13/25-- 5p-6p est
Happy Tuesday Alchemists! I would love for you to share, what is one glimmer that you had today? Glimmers are the opposite of triggers. With a trigger, it evokes heavy emotions like anger, whereas a glimmer sparks light emotions, like happiness. So many times, we tend to focus on not enough-ness which makes us feel so less than. By adjusting our mindset to recognize glimmers too, it balances out the imposter syndrome with feeling worthy. if you need guidance, support, a space to just be with others without saying a word, I'll be in the office until about 6:15pm ✨

It was a hard day as 4 kids have flu and the craziness in America but the glimmer was a nice sparkling water and watching the sun set🫶🏻
Alchemy Support Hour- ✨Christmas Day 12/25/25– 5p-6p est
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! This time of year can be challenging for so many of us and sometimes it doesn’t feel like there’s a reason to celebrate. If today is heavy for you, you aren’t alone, and it’s perfectly okay to feel however you are feeling in this moment. In order to feel better, we have to accept what emotion we are feeling in the moment. Visualize yourself simply sitting next to that emotion and giving it a hug. Often times I’ve learned that my emotions just want to be seen, valid, and heard before they can be released. What’s an emotion that keeps coming up for you? Sit in it for a moment, let it feel whatever it needs to feel. See yourself giving that emotion a much needed hug. You now feel your solar plexus (stomach area) unclench as you take a deep inhale with a cleansing exhale to follow. Your being feels seen. It feels held. It feels valid. It’s been rough 😔
Wednesday Within— 12/17/25
How is your week going friend? Wednesday Within is all about doing a check in emotionally with yourself and see where you are, in order to help regulate the rest of the week. Awareness is the beginning of Alchemy. When we are aware of our emotions and what we need, we are able to care for ourselves in that moment, diffusing any big emotions that we are experiencing. Today, think about what emotions have been coming up for you and feel through what they might be tied to. Remember, This whole emotional alchemist thing is a process and a journey, not a destination. We are always learning, growing, and evolving. It’s been different. First birthday not hearing my grandparents on the phone sing happy birthday and yeah I’m 37 now. But it hurts bc they’re not earth side now. I’m not talking with my parents as they are not safe to communicate with any longer. I feel alone. Thankful for my husband and our 4 kids
