The word "process" means to move foward. Each step of a process is learned by actions done in a logical, effective order. To have achieved a finished product that is recieved as accomplished, we could liken it to the production of breakfast cereal. The grains gathered for consumption cannot simply go from the field to your pantry. There are a plethora of steps involved from the moment the seed hits the ground, until the consumer puts the first bite in their mouth. Note how one person alone, despite all the concerted effort they could possibly muster, could never accomplish this feat alone. They need countless of other individuals expertise and experience to take the vision into reality. Consider how each of those individuals extrapolated information that was compiled by those who came before them. When we think we can accomplish any monumental goal alone, we are likely to become overwhelmed, burnt-out, and give up on our dreams. If you want something, find your passionate confidants, experts in the field, the vision seekers, the inspired.

We recently had a situation with a member who was being inappropriate and disrespectful to some members. I have removed and blocked them from the community. I am here to let you guys know that I will protect you and this community with everything I have. Let me know if you ever feel unsafe or if another member is being disrespectful and it will be handled. Love and light to everyone!
