LTX Open Source
This sounds great but the guy lost me with installation. Does anyone know how to use this or install or if its even a thing you can really use. Sounds to good to be true. I'll check the LTX regular site which was okay but created mostly weird outputs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xe0YmwcS0O4

@Jonathan Wilson Join the crowd. If you're an AI tech wizard yeah but Iif you have rthe RAM what does it do to you other apps and machine. I went to the site and the LTX app is different than 6 months ago. I used the free credits and got 2 videos in 1080 (they also have 4k and 10 seconds). Subscription is 12 -15 a month for the basic either monthly or yearly. I got okay results from an old prompt with no image ref, but two videos is not a test and it was with VEO3. Too early to say its better than the others. Attached the video

@Jonathan Wilson Wow. Midjourney looks like an elegant Lord of the Rings the LTX 2 like like a wrestler in a cartoon or Shrek's girlfriend. Also Higgsflield and Midjourney are cheaper and more versatile.

Well, I missed the deadline, but I'm not one to give up on a project easily, so I saw it through to the end. Let know what you all think. This was a fun challenge and definitely pushed me mentally as I tried to create & refine the concept.

Nano and Kling test
Tried turning something into a sketch I saw in Firefly email. So I used Photoshop with Nano Banana Pro and then Kling for the Video. also turn the girl into the Bride of Frankenstein as if she was on a Talk show reveal. LOL Just playing. Tried Veo 3 but not as good.

Don Shula
This is for die-hard old time NFL football fans, and they will probably be the only ones that get it. I injected the legendary Miami Dolphins Head Coach Don Shula into a modern day press conference with the most recently fired head coach of the team, Mike McDaniel. Used Nano Bana Pro, Kling, and 11Labs to generate image, blend into video, and manufacture/clone his voice. Edited in Premiere to put segments together and color match. Original song was found on YouTube.
