Got ya @Mike Hill ! Sounds obvious now ha! Thanks for sharing, it never ceases to amaze me all the little niches and sectors people operate in! My sector is exactly that! Historically I’ve been supplying the staff on the activations themselves (temps), but more recently I’ve been recruiting the account managers and producers that actually put it all together, calving out a perm desk. Hence the need to dust off the handset and hit those phones!!

I never understand why these people take the call in the first place. So I can only assume it’s said get you off the call. That’s why I really like @Chance Baker respinse above! Acknowledges their time constraint out also calls their bluff…

Hi @Nymrod Confino I saw a video on one of the social platforms where this girl called after 5pm and it was very effective. She said said to the contact that she realised it was after 5pm but she wanted to catch the contact when she wasn't busy so they could schedule a time to talk properly. She finished the day like that... what a way to end the week.
