Any tips for getting started and staying consistent with daily cold calling? I'm especially interested in strategies for maintaining momentum, as it's easy to get sidetracked by other tasks in recruitment.

I have often heard people talk about cold calling pre 9am, Benjamin Dennenhy also says this is the time decision makes will be at their desk. I've always felt uncomfortable calling pre 9am as it feels like you could be intruding on someones personal time- school drop offs etc. Does anyone have any views or experience of cold calling calling early in the morning?

Any tips for bettering your improv skills on your calls? Books or any other recommendations are welcome as well.

I make calls from my mobile phone, so I have not been able to listen back to them. Can anyone recommend a mobile app that records my calls?
