It took awhile to finally sit down and put together a budget, but we got it done. I used an app that made it alot easier, it also makes it easier for my wife and I to both track our spending. It feels like a weight lifted!

Hello everyone, Ben Stixrud here, a little about me. I am retired after 20 years and 3 months in the US Coast Guard, all active service. 100% P&T. I am 47 years old, married with 4 kids. I currently live in Juneau Ak, own my home here, and plan on moving to AR in the coming months. I am looking to learn more about realistate investments and how to make my money work for me. I am trying to figure out if it's better to sell or rent out my house, and what kind of property I should be looking for in AR where we plan to move. I am looking to connect with veterans who know more about this then I do.
