Hey Benito, I contacted my friendtor (friend and mentor) aka trust attorney and asked about your property that is in Mexico and he said that "It depends on the trust laws and if the country recognizes trust laws, as well as if they can do an asset transfer." If you want more information on the trust laws in Mexico, I HIGHLY suggest that you do some research on the trust laws in Mexico, but here's some starting information that you can go off of here.
