Since it’s the end of the year I got my 3 trust eins. However if I finalize and notarize the 3 trusts this Dec 2025 would I need to pay trust taxes on year 2025? Would it be better to finalize n notarize the trusts in Jan 2026? So that I won’t have to pay trust taxes for 2025 and of course worry about trust taxes from 2026 onwards.

Hello. For any of you that have completed the business trust, how did you answer this question... "Who are the descendants of the trust?" Wouldn't this trust contain only entities?? Not following the logic behind this question. Thanks
