This week is about harvesting what’s true. Ask yourself: what’s nourishing me now, and what feels heavy or outdated? What’s ready to be released so I can create space for what’s aligned?
I was in men’s group last night. In the check in I told them I felt great which I did. But when it came time to the exercise I had to bring up my last confrontation with someone and then work through how I felt. When I was reading what I had written I started crying. It was a release of something/someone and I did it to make room for more things that serve my greater purpose. I strongly urge people to feel your feelings so you can release them.
