Stress eating with snacks when work starts to get a lot. If I have a lot of steamed cabbage or broccoli around then I'm in luck to control the calories. If I have something calorie dense then the weight gain will kick in but I find the need to munch on something often when I'm stressed.
AM. I tend to wake up early in the morning already and my body winds down crash down by the PM. If I got enough energy I might double up on the PM or just go a lunch time session otherwise if I get my AM session out, then I at least already got my exercise in and get the rest of the day.

There's more to life than my sport so I shouldn't be so self sacrificial towards my health only for a possible chance of climbing up the ranks since there will always be more opportunities.
