Quite interesting and I’m not sure how they get away with it, but I think Distrokid also have a mechanical license option for $1 per month. So I was just listening to a Country Rock style version of Linkin Parks “In the End”. It has 1.5m streams so I’m assuming they were able to monetize it or maybe not and all royalties went to the band. The artist only does covers and had millions of streams/listens. I know Jesse has mentioned to be careful with this sort of stuff, but looking further I found tons and tons of cover songs with millions of streams, that used the exact lyrics and some even similar styles to almost every cover song you can think of. Anyone doing covers? I know YouTube flag that sort of thing. Just curious on everyone’s thought about this.

One of my groups, whose album is going out August 1st, blew up over night. 200 followers (I know that's still small) and 150 of them have been in the last 24 hours. Never say a little woman's angst won't sell a song. lol Now, to get them over to youtube.

I’m honestly still in shock. I never imagined that one day I could earn an amount like this from AI-generated music. A huge thank you to Jesse Hull for his videos, his advice, and the community he has built. Thanks to everything I learned, I proved that this is truly possible with discipline, patience, and consistency. At the beginning, I was getting almost no results, and I thought about giving up several times. But I kept working through the doubts, and today, all that effort is finally paying off.

I've only been part of this community for about a week, but I'm incredibly impressed by all of you. The music being created is amazing, but what has touched me even more are the people behind it. Reading some of your stories of perseverance through health struggles, personal hardships, and life's challenges has been deeply inspiring. The courage and determination so many of you show every day is something I truly admire. A heartfelt thank you to Jessee for creating a place where people from all over the world can come together, learn, create, encourage one another, and chase their dreams. Communities like this don't happen by accident. I have my health issues and other challenges, so seeing so many of you refuse to give up has encouraged me more than you probably realize. I'm genuinely rooting for every one of you. I hope your music reaches the people it's meant to reach, your hard work pays off, and your dreams become reality.
