We’re also flipping a property this winter and hoping to expand even more this year — including buying a property down in PCB (Panama City Beach) to grow our market reach. 🏖️ Our #1 challenge right now?Putting the right systems in place so we can scale without burning out. With rentals, co-hosting, renovations, and a flip happening all at once, strong processes are the domino that makes everything else easier — growth, time freedom, and the ability to expand into new markets.
