Accountability Call 12/8/25 Goal Setting:
Goal Setting 1) Wildly important goal? Why are you here? To bring people to their vitality, to help them realize there is "always" a pathway from where they are now and the "almosts" that hold them back currently to seeing where they "already" are that person or living that life they dream of. It's accessible right where they are and it evolves from their realization of right now. Massively love themselves, so they can love others, and find more joy in their day to day. Goal Setting 2) Most important thing to do this week? Enjoy time with my mom- traveling to NC to see her. Catch up on Elevate 21 day challenge so I can build clarity in my first launch and offer, & post at least 2 more times (1 around the concept of "already" and the other is to complete a previously unfinished post). Goal Setting 3) What's your keystone habit? If you don't do it the day is a little more sucky. Acknowledge as much as possible what my body is asking to feel or do, then listen to it. It's a moment to moment practice. But on a more measurable level, what's important now is cooking and eating more regularly (I'll put a sign on the salad in the fridge that says "eat me, I love you." lol. cook) Goal Setting 4) What's one thing you'll stop doing? Avoiding movement/exercise. This will give myself physical evidence of change and it can be light, simple, and fun- not overwhelming myself with pressure.
