Goal Setting 1) What's my North Star work this week?
- This week it is WILDLY important that I live WuWei (1 of my 2 highest values). Nothing needs to be done so everything gets done. I do my work and I forget it. This is me living and working as I am now and as I would be as my highest. I am practicing flow in as many moments as possible.
Goal Setting 2) Most important thing to do this week?
- sacred vow, send email to CPA regarding tax plan now that I am self-employed for the first time (ah nervy/exciting), and finally post 4x and use 4 different formats. This will help me build clarity and take grounded action.
Goal Setting 3) What's your keystone habit?
- My day will be more sucky if I do not form the keystone habit of practicing movement at least 10 minutes a day. This is a chance to take imperfect action, it's all about tuning into making my body feel good (Animal Flow, FRC, Fascial Remodeling, etc).
Goal Setting 4) What's one thing you'll stop doing?
- One thing I'll stop doing this week is downplaying trust in myself. My communication with others and self talk with self reinforces how much I trust myself.
