Accountability post + reflection
#1 Northstar Radical compassion. My fully actualized self moves through life with steadiness and softness at the same time. She responds instead of reacts, leads without hardening, and meets both herself and others with honesty, patience, and care. She honors boundaries, stays embodied, and lets love rather than urgency or fear set the pace. #2 Mission To help people navigate modern life with more grace through the power and tradition of yoga—especially breath, meditation, and lived philosophy so practice doesn’t stop at the mat but actually supports real life. #3 +1 Habit A daily walk outside (no matter how much I have to bundle up against the cold). This isn’t about discipline (I have plenty of that with yoga and the gym), but about nervous system regulation, sunlight, and spaciousness. I’m committing by scheduling it into my day like any other non-negotiable practice. #4 –1 Habit Letting work bleed into my personal life. The shift isn’t doing less, but setting clearer time boundaries so my energy, creativity, and relationships stay nourished. #5 Practical Next Step I’ve set February launch/challenge dates for my program and the next step is calendar chunking: blocking time for landing page creation, IG content, emails, and ads so execution feels grounded instead of reactive. Reflection: I think it was Thor who shared at the start of the Masterclass this week that he had reservations about the team taking a break over Christmas/New Year, right after everyone was just getting started with Conscious Creator. That honestly helped me release my own anxiety around pre-planned breaks while setting my launch dates. It reminded me that leadership includes honoring rest, seasons, and sustainability—not constant output. So thanks for the inspo! ps thanks for the nudge that we're supposed to post these @Justice Calabro !
