When I created The Rise & Align Lounge, it was for those that I had met in person, a way for all of us to stay connected and continue to learn and grow together, allowing ourselves to be vulnerable during the process of soul evolution. We then expanded to be global, each person being vetted and approved, not automatically (let’s be real - there are bots and trolls out there!). We now have amazing soul connections from around the world!! I am grateful that this community has become one in which we all can connect - on our own time and in our own appreciative ways, allowing our hearts to be seen and nervous system be calm in this lounge, supporting and welcoming each soul’s growth and contribution. I appreciate each one of you!

Saw this this morning and had a little laugh. 🤭 It’s funny… but there’s definitely some truth hidden in the humor. Spiritual awakening isn’t always candles, peace signs, and floating through life in bliss. Sometimes it looks like questioning everything, needing more alone time, feeling more sensitive to the world around you, or realizing you’ve outgrown old versions of yourself. A lot of people hit the “wait… am I losing it?” phase before realizing they’re actually becoming more aware.
