🚨 INCIDENT REPORT #001 – New member detected 🚨
Subject: Barto, Italy 🇮🇹 Threat level: Low (only dangerous with espresso) Background: 20+ years in IT infrastructure & cybersecurity. Built SOCs, migrated clouds, led teams. Spent two decades telling people “don’t click that link.” Point of entry: A YouTube video. I clicked “just one more” and woke up in a Skool community. The security guy fell for the oldest exploit: autoplay. Current activity: Building a lot of side projects (too much maybe) with Claude. Objective: Learn as much as I can about ICM and build things that work while I sleep. Recommended action: Say HI BARTO! :-) Status: Contained. Happy to be here lads

@Izumo Spedicato eh sto ancora cercando di capire come, i concetti sembrano semplici ma non lo sono, ma mi affascina molto questo metodo. Mi sembra un approccio strutturato come si usava una volta nel mondo IT ☺️

Opus 5.5 is next level - WOW
Just sharing some work that I've done with Opus 5.5, inspired by Jake's video creation pipeline.... I followed a similar process to actually start up my own skool.com community for my YouTube channel audience of aspiring footballers.... Been doing some video generation for creating educational content, also the intro video and a link to explain how things work. I've given Opus 5.5 full freedom. Check out some of these videos and the link to the member guide. Honestly this has blown me away. All that this is, is a harness using that structure that Jake has shown on a couple of the live calls now and on his YouTube channel. For me Opus 5.5 has really just opened up a category of things. Of course it's an improvement on Opus 5 but just like how Fable and Astra allowed a different sort of work to be done, I think Opus has reached that next level. There are even rumors that some of the work is getting routed through to the new Fable 5.5 or Opus 5.6. Potentially I got lucky and one of these was. I wouldn't be surprised.... member guide: https://v2.the-training-ground-a71.pages.dev/

@Futuresy Lighty hi! yeah just joined that community. Here is full of creativity and I really love ICM method. Trying to apply to my ideas 🙂. Cheers from Italy!
Best way to structure knowledge files — PDFs vs. broken-down markdown?
Just been speaking with clief agent and it suggested to get the commntiy thought's on this.. I'm building a client lifecycle system that needs to reference compliance rules, product definitions, and writing standards. Should I: - Upload full PDFs/Word docs as-is? - Break them into smaller markdown segments by topic? - Something else? What have you tested that actually works at scale?

I prefer to convert pdf and words to markdown, even if the PDF are images scanned. Something like GLM-OCR use a local LLM model (small one) to do the job
Build notes: "Ask Aristotle," 95 seconds on Jake's Animation & Voice Workspace
Finished "Ask Aristotle," a 95-second explainer on Jake's Animation & Voice Workspace, plus a 91-second vertical cut. Both are linked. Voice. This time I didn't record a live take. The narration is an ElevenLabs clone of my own voice. After the first version was voiced, I added a guru segment and regenerated the audio instead of re-recording. The script went through ten versions and six isolated verifier passes, Claude and Codex. Whisper on the final mix matched all 265 words. Fact-check. The Jobs line is checked against the film of the talk, at 6:37. He starts with "and so," which I dropped. The talk was a ceremony at Svaneholm Castle, near Lund, for Lund University joining Apple's European university consortium, so the script says "European universities joining a program with Apple." Scene. 31 cues. Jobs is a faceless speaker at a lectern in a generic hall. In the last video my narrator took over Sinek's board. This time the hall goes dark and the narrator starts fresh in his own scene, because a handoff from Jobs would read as an endorsement. Your card, @Jake Van Clief. At "I've done it too" a drawn Clief Notes card comes in with your name, and two pages fly from it into the head. At "But" it shrinks into the corner. Your card is gone before the guru line, which plays on a faceless figure. The ILLUSTRATION tag shows only in the hall and while the card is up. Sound. Seven effects, each placed in a measured silence. One planned for 52.8 seconds was dropped because it would have landed on "someone who." Vertical. It's its own project, with its own layout and captions on every frame. My first layout left a big empty band at the bottom. After looking at Jake's verticals, I had everything scaled up, with the floor line about 74% of the way down. I also removed the speaker-name tab, because it sat under the guru and made the guru read as me. I signed off on the script, each preview and the final cut of both. Claude Code did the file work inside each stage.

I love the 8-bit mode. @Curtis Hays did you try to use VoiceStudio instead of ElevenLabs? https://voicestudio.sh/

@Curtis Hays yes, you have to install it on your pc, it will publish an MCP on your local machine and it connect to Claude Code. Fully opensource and free
