Hello! I am a Renaissance woman in California, wearing many hats and crafting my legacy. I joined because while I spend a lot of time doing for others, I ned to have my cup filled, too. I am an author, journalist, coach, resilience consultant, spiritual director, daughter, mother, etc...One of the things I am pouring my knowledge and experience into is online courses for women, writing and doing resilience coaching. I am hoping this can be a place where I can gently support other Black women and get support. And, if it is appropriate to say, it would be great if there were some like-minded women who one day work with me ( but I do not want to co-opt anything here). Today (this evening) is my Sabbath so I won't be focused on online stuff until Saturday evening but I send a big hug to all
