Today's message was The High Priestess - unsurprsingly! She is beckoning us to embark on a spiritual quest, to connect more deeply to that side of our lives and to possibly even have a look and see if there is anyone in our lives who are deceiving us. Take a moment to tap alone, and then listen for any messages at the end. Enjoy - and remember, you can invite anyone to join this amazing community, it's totally free and it helps more people regulate and feel better naturally! Lots of love Emma

Today's Card was Number 6 (harmony) - "I am grounded in the present moment" I've popped the Tapping Script below as well for you - this one is good to come back to if you feel yourself being anywhere but here. Tune into the message as you hear it, notice what happens in your body and any self talk around your ability to be present, whether that's not enough time to, too much going on, or whatever else comes up. I hope this is useful today and anytime you need it! See you tomorrow for another Deck and another Daily Tap® - don't forget you can invite people to join the community and tap with us! Just send them this link - https://www.skool.com/evolved-energetics-community-8099

Who's coming? Just head to the main area and look for the red LIVE Camera symbol at the top of the page - click on it and join me in the Skool Room! Today's deck - The Yogic Path by Saraha Rose
