Every sensation, every tightness, every wave of fatigue or activation carries information. Most of us were taught to override the body. This workshop is about remembering how to return to it. Together, we will explore: • How to recognize the difference between sensation and story • The three levels of body listening • How spiritual awareness begins with nervous system safety • A guided embodiment practice to reconnect with your inner signal This session is about integration — not performance. He didn’t come for decoration. He came for deliverance. He came because humanity was tired (Just like we are now)wounded, and lost trying to be whole without the Source, The Most High, The Devine, Our Father. So God did something personal, He stepped into our pain. Jesus came to: • restore what was broken • bring light into dark places • show us the Father’s heart • set captives free • reconcile us back to God • prove love isn’t a feeling but a rescue He came to remind you: you are not forgotten, not too far, not too stained, not too late. So if you celebrate anything, celebrate this: God loved us enough to come get us. 🙏🏾✨ So before we shop, before we sip, before we celebrate… we honor Him first. 🙏🏾❤️ JESUS IS THE REAL REASON FOR THIS SEASON. ☮️🎄✝️

Dear God, Source, The Most High, The Devine(no matter what you call him he answers), The One who holds oceans in place and still hears one quiet human sigh We come to You honest. This world feels heavy. Wars, fear, division, and so much noise that peace feels like a rumor. Some of us are celebrating with empty chairs at the table. Some of us are counting coins, stretching meals, and trying to keep our dignity while everything costs more than we can carry. Some of us are grieving and smiling anyway because that’s what we’ve always had to do. 🕊️ 🌍 🤍 ✨ 🫶🏾 🕯️ 🌿 🙏🏾 But today… we ask for something holy and real: Send love where hatred has been loud. Send peace where violence has taken root. Send joy that doesn’t depend on money, or perfect families, or perfect circumstances. Send hope, fresh hope into the places in us that feel worn out. God, cover the children. Strengthen the elders. Comfort the brokenhearted. Feed the hungry. Shelter the unhoused. Heal the sick. Lift the depressed. 🙏🏾 🤍 ✨ 🕯️ 🌧️➡️🌤️ 🫶🏾 🌍 And soften the hearts of leaders everywhere and make them choose people over power, mercy over ego, wisdom over pride. And for the ones who feel forgotten… Whisper to them clearly: “You are not alone. I still see you.” Thank You for the sign outside our windows today, the first snow in Boston. ❄️ 🤍 ✨ 🕯️ 🙏🏾 🌍 🕊️ Let it remind us that You can still make things clean, still make things new. Let it quiet the chaos, even if just for a moment, and lay a soft covering over our pain. Let it be a message: peace can still fall. We don’t ask for fake comfort. We ask for real strength. Real provision. Real community. Real healing. And when we can’t find the light, God please help us be the light for somebody else. We receive love. We receive peace. We receive joy. We receive hope.
