A lot of people start carnivore or very low carb and initially sleep better. Then a few months later, something changes. They start waking at 1, 2 or 3 AM, feeling wired, restless, hungry, hot, needing to urinate, or just unable to stay asleep. The mistake is assuming there is only one cause. It is not always low blood sugar. It is not always “you need carbs.” And it is not always the diet itself. In this video, I break down the major reasons sleep can change on carnivore, including: - under-eating - electrolytes and fluid balance - caffeine - training load and recovery - thyroid adaptation - reflux - nighttime glucose assumptions - sleep apnea - what I would actually test before adding supplements The main message is simple: Sleep is an output. If it changes, ask what changed underneath it. 🎥 Watch here: https://youtu.be/J__oTkbQiFM ASSIGNMENT After you watch the video, answer this in the comments: What is the ONE thing in the video that made you rethink your own sleep? And then answer: What is one variable you are going to test for the next 7 days? Examples could be caffeine timing, meal timing, total food intake, electrolytes, training volume, reflux triggers, or tracking overnight symptoms more carefully. Try to change one thing at a time so you can actually learn from your response. I’ll go through the comments and help you think through your pattern.
