Momentum!!! Are you joining?….give us a YES of you are part of the crowd that will be watching! Are you joining a watch party?
It is not too late to register for our Virtual event- Momentum. Unfortunately I am not able to watch it as it unfolds on Friday & Saturday so I registered paying an extra $20 so I could watch it when we return home next week. I can't wait to see it! A Win is a Win!!
I know I have asked this before but it is one of my favorite questions: What was your most recent non-scale victory? Sometimes we forget how important our wins are that don't involve the scale.

This week I helped get a new school ready with unpacking moving boxes of books and supplies. Lots of lifting and bending. Yay for strength training!
