I totally relate with the need to take 1 hour a day / 1 day a week / 1 week a year to do something positively refreshing for/to yourself. I grew up being a sabbath keeper, much like charlie kirk shared in some of his comments, but have gotten away from that. I feel pulled towards it again though. Thanks to whoever it was that shared that today.
