🦹‍♂️ We're running a 7-day Faceless AI Avatar Challenge! 🙋‍♂️
Given the interest we've been receiving in Faceless Channels, we're thinking of kicking off something inside AI Lab: The 7-Day AI Avatar Faceless Channel Challenge. You'll build a custom AI character — your channel's face — and publish your first short-form video featuring them. To Facebook, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. All in 7 days. Here's the plan: Day 1 — Niche pick + character bible Day 2 — Generate your avatar in GPT Image 2 Day 3 — Voice match + topics validated Day 4 — Script + voiceover (30-60 sec) Day 5 — Avatar footage + lipsync Day 6 — Edit (9:16, B-Roll and captions) Day 7 — Post to Reels + Shorts + TikTok Jack and I will build a brand new avatar live, alongside all of you who come along for the ride. You'll watch us make every decision, helping inform your own. Daily Q&A, accountability, and support. To give you a feel for what Day 1 looks like, I've put together a picker — 37 niches × 3 character archetypes (Scholar, Mentor, Curious Explorer) = 111 starting points. Have a play, find a avatar that fires you up: https://claude.ai/public/artifacts/d9336e6b-f855-4c02-ae32-3409ae291e73 Drop your top avatar in the comments 👇 — I want to see what people are gravitating toward before we lock this in. What does "faceless channel" actually mean to you?
We've had a lot of questions and interest in "Faceless Channel" lately. But, every time it comes up in, people mean something slightly different. Some are picturing long-form YouTube with AI voiceover. Some are thinking short-form TikTok and Reels. Some want a full AI influencer account with a persona and feed. Others are into cinematic story channels, historical/fact-based content, educational explainers, or automated news-style clips. They're all "faceless." But the systems behind each one look completely different. Different tools. Different workflows. Different monetisation paths. Before Jack and I lock in the next batch of trainings and tools, I want to hear from you directly: 1. What does "faceless channel" actually mean in YOUR head? 2. Which type are you most excited to build right now? 3. What's the single biggest thing stopping you from starting or scaling it? Drop your answer in the comments. One line is fine, a paragraph is better. If there's a clear pattern in what you want, that's exactly what we'll build next. The fastest way to get the training, templates and automations you actually need is to tell us. Let's go 👇

@Md Imdad Ullah Thanks for your input! So by not showing your face, do you think of that as having a AI avatar standing in for you and being the face of the channel or just running movies or animations covering topics in a niche? Or both? Both are faceless but where is your personal interest?

@Md Imdad Ullah Sounds good. We're going to be going big on this in our pro community shortly if you're interested in following along. Currently on 7-day free trial: https://www.skool.com/ailabpro/about
🔥 This Is Where It Starts Getting FUN 🔥 - Facebook Monetization is Real!
I'm getting another one of those “oh wow, this is actually real” moments. Facebook monetization hits different when you: - Have multiple pages monetized - Are literally getting paid just for publishing content - Can see the math starting to compound In the video, I talk about a page that’s only posting 1 Reel per day. Just one. That single Reel strategy has already: - Hit ~1,000,000 views on one reel - Other Reels consistently pulls tens of thousands of views per Reel - Content Monetization averages around $5/day on this page, and it’s only a couple of months old $5/day doesn’t sound crazy… until you zoom out. 📈 Scale the output📈 Increase consistency📈 Stack pages 1 Reel → $150/month 10 Reels → $1,500/month 20 Reels → now you’re playing a very different game AND THIS IS JUST ONE OF 16 MONETIZED PAGES WE HAVE! AND THEY ARE ONLY TWO MONTHS OLD WITH A RELATIVELY LOW FOLLOWER COUNT. WHERE DOES THIS GO IN A FEW MONTHS. DO YOU BELIEVE IN FACEBOOK MONETIZATION YET? ...And we teach the entire formula of how we do this in our paid community. Prices go up in a few hours. Are you ready to post your "I got monetized post? Paid community: https://www.skool.com/ailabpro/about This is the exact moment where content stops feeling like “posting into the void” and starts feeling like building an income-producing asset. If you’re watching this and thinking: “Okay… I can see how this snowballs.” You get it. Watch the video, pay attention to the thinking, not just the numbers — this is how pages quietly turn into leveraged media assets over time. And seriously, anyone can do it. 🚀 Let’s go.

@Jenny C We're working on data for this. But finance for examples will be high paying but competitive and memes would be the low end. Basically, if its a valuable niche in real life, it's likely to be a valuable niche on facebook.

Hey Sara, that's great progress for 5 days! Nice work. Those views are great for starting out. An established page always gets more traction than a new one. So good! Normally I'd say that you want to keep a format that is working. You don't usually want to be spamming Facebook with different creatives that have different levels of success. Facebook wants to know that every time you post something, that it's a banger so it can just push your posts out straight away, but if performance is up and down then it can't be sure so will hold back. Normally we suggest trying new things with about 20% of posts so that you can keep trying to find new angles and get iterative improvement, and 80% of your posts being the winning formulas. But...given your page is so new you could try more things more frequently just to see if you can find something good/better faster and then make that your 80%. Does that make sense? Great work so far! Keep it up!
🎥 New Video Breakdown: Facebook’s Content Monetization “Land Grab” + Our 20-Page Experiment (AI + Automation)
If you’ve been trying to make money online as a creator, you already know the old model: - Brand deals - Sponsorships - Driving traffic off-platform - Building on someone else’s ecosystem Facebook has flipped that model. Right now, Facebook is directly paying creators for everyday content — not just long-form videos, but also: ✅ Reels ✅ Photos / image posts ✅ Text posts ✅ Stories ✅ “Normal” daily content… as long as it performs + gets engagement This post is a breakdown of the video and what we’re doing behind the scenes. 1) Why Facebook Is Suddenly Interesting Again There are two big reasons we’re taking Facebook seriously now: a) The monetization program has changed Facebook recently moved towards a more unified Content Monetization program. That matters because historically, monetization was confusing and fragmented. Now it’s clearer, simpler, and more accessible (still in beta, but moving fast). b) Facebook is under pressure Facebook is competing hard with: - YouTube - TikTok - Instagram So what do they do to win creators back? They pay creators well to publish content on Facebook. This creates a window where the people who move early can capture an outsized share of reach and payouts before everything gets saturated. 2) The Core Idea: Engagement > Views This is important: Facebook is not rewarding “cheap views.” It’s rewarding engagement. So if your content doesn’t get reactions, comments, shares, saves, etc… you’re not going to win long-term. This is not about spamming low-effort posts. If you try to cut corners: - Your reach will get suppressed - Monetization will be harder - You’ll hit policy issues later - And you’ll lose momentum when stricter rules come in We’re building this like long-term digital assets, not quick hacks. 3) Our Experiment: 20 Pages, 20 Niches, Real Data Instead of building one page and guessing… We built 20 pages across a broad spread of niches, for one reason: 📌 Data. We want to know:

Protecting This Free Resource: Why We're Changing How Posts Work
I'll be straight with you. A more experienced community creator warned me early on about letting members post freely in a free community. I didn't listen, and they were right. At 1.2k members, the feed had become a bit of a mess. - Disguised self-promo dressed up as "wins." - Posts are completely off-topic. - Blatant client fishing. Spam. Meanwhile, the people who actually wanted help with AI content creation and monetization were drowning in the noise. Managing the community post was becoming a time sink. That's not what we built this for. So here's what's changing. What's new: - We've removed member posts and cleared the feed entirely. - Going forward, we'll provide structured posts for collaborations, link swaps, questions, and more — so the valuable stuff is easy to find, and the noise is gone. What's not changing: - Everything we teach is still here and still free. - You can learn to build a monetized Facebook Page and much more right inside the classroom. - We'll still give feedback if you put in the work — just drop your questions under the course posts and the new structured threads. Want the full experience? If you're looking for deeper support, accountability, and a space with people doing the work, the Plus community is there for you. You can check it out here: https://www.skool.com/ailabpro Thanks for being here. We're making this better for you. Mark and Jack
