𝗗𝗔𝗬: THURSDAY 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘: 5 FEB 2026 𝗚𝗢𝗔𝗟: I want to become disciplined, stop wasting my time, and gain better control over my daily habits within the next 30 days, so I can stay consistent, improve my skills daily, and move one step closer to becoming the best version of myself. 𝟮:𝟱𝟱𝗮𝗺: Sleep 𝟲:𝟬𝟬𝗮𝗺 – 𝟳:𝟬𝟬𝗮𝗺: 1. Wake up 2. Recited Surah Yaseen 3. Prayed Fajar 4. Did light exercise 5. Slept again 𝟭𝟮:𝟭𝟬𝗽𝗺 – 𝟮:𝟱𝟱𝗽𝗺: 1. Wake up 2. Prayed Zuhar 3. Recited Surah Baqarah 4. Folded clothes and arranged them in the cupboard 𝟮:𝟱𝟱𝗽𝗺 – 𝟲:𝟬𝟬𝗽𝗺: 1. Had lunch 2. Went to the mall for shopping with my mother 𝟲:𝟬𝟬𝗽𝗺 – 𝟳:𝟬𝟬𝗽𝗺: 1. Came back home 2. Prayed Asar and Maghrib 3. Made a fruit chart for myself 4. Washed dishes 𝟳:𝟬𝟬𝗽𝗺 – 𝟵:𝟮𝟴𝗽𝗺: 1. Posted yesterday’s journal in both communities (MVS, MMS) 2. Wrote today’s journal 3. Prayed Isha 4. Made chai 5. Made rotis 6. Washed dishes 𝟵:𝟮𝟴𝗽𝗺 – 𝟭𝟭:𝟯𝟲𝗽𝗺: 1. Watched reference video for the video editing assignment 2. Had dinner 3. Cleaned the kitchen and washed dishes 𝟭𝟭:𝟯𝟲𝗽𝗺 – 𝟯:𝟭𝟲𝗮𝗺: 1. Started working on the video editing assignment 2. Served dinner to my father 3. Continued working on the assignment 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 - Started the day with Quran, prayer, and light exercise - Managed house tasks efficiently (laundry, kitchen, dishes) - Spent quality time with my mother while shopping - Maintained journaling consistency - Planned better health by making a fruit chart - Watched reference material and worked late on video editing assignment - Balanced family responsibilities with skill development
