6 deals sounds like a good start. Do you feel like what you're doing is working for you? What sort of budget and time do you have to work with? I've had success with doing JVs and inbound marketing using FB leads but mileage will vary depending on who you actually use to run your ads. I've talked to multiple individuals that have had success lately using PPL, specifically Property Leads. Whatever you end up deciding on, be sure to track your metrics so you can tell if it is or isn't working for you specifically because that's the most important thing
Need Help Analyzing A Deal
I was wondering if someone could walk me through analyzing a deal? It's an estate deal I pulled the comps using the tool "the land portal" it said that the market value is over 68k. I went on Zillow and checked out some comps also. The confusing thing is that some data says that the land is .53 acres but when I pulled the county records it says that it's.87 acres. There is Septic, access to electricity. It's zone for mobile home. It is on a slope. She's asking for 40K but would take between $35 to $30k. She's working with an attorney and she gave me the attorney's phone number and email.
