Awww. I honestly think you have the harder part of this arrangement. You are trying to coach multiple people through their individual journeys and trying to achieve this while engaging only on line. The classrooms are great! I go back and reference them from time to time. The Bible study is so good and when I attend them I feel much more connected. (My attendance is only related to me and my schedule at this time - no neglect of you) Maybe post videos of exercises so we can see examples? When you google there are many variations, which is good, but for newbies can be confusing which one to follow. Do you have sites or people you follow on line that would lend to motivation or encouragement for the group that could be shared? For me…the community is a big part of my motivation. I love to read and connect with others in their journey. Where I’d personally benefit would be a more active community, however that comes with larger participation and enrollment. I share with people what I’m Doing and how I feel that I’m growing as a healthy person - physically and spiritually. Maybe I can get some friends to join!! I’ll start spreading the word of this group and your mission. I like to feel connected with others in my journey. Post photos of the daily walk, or share photos of meals with the recipe included, share work out tips and sparks of joy or motivation that came from somewhere deep. Again, that’s directly related to people who also enjoy that connection and their participation. Tyler, you’re really embarking on something that poses many obstacles to reach everyone personally through this digital platform. I think you’re doing very good and it will only get better as time moves forward. I’m very glad to be a part of this group and it is only going to grow as we all are. Keep up the good work and try not doubt yourself too much, progress will present in different ways. —just like this journey of exercising and learning to eat healthy and to trust God!
