@Gary Sanchez A master prompt is a summary of your business (offers, ICA, voice, etc). One of the best places to use it is in your custom instructions for ChatGPT or Claude. But... you can also use it anytime you are starting a conversation with a customGPT that knows nothing about you. Instant context.

@Gary Sanchez Dang, I really wish you had come to the call because I can answer this much better speaking... so buckle up, this is going to be a long one. I actually pivoted from real estate to business/entrepreneur consulting. As I started learning alllllll of the things that needed to get done, I realized AI could help me execute faster and really tailor every single change or update (marketing, websites, all of that) to the client. That's when it clicked: "I want to teach this to more entrepreneurs!" My first custom GPT client came from the space I already had experience in: real estate. I was starting my local consulting business and still working real estate deals when I had time. There was an investor in our local meetup group who heard about what we were doing and realized it had value (giving all of this information to homeowners) but it wasn't a time commitment he was willing to make. When he found out my business partner decided she no longer wanted to do the door-knocking, he tried to hire me. I absolutely wasn't interested, but I said "No, but I'm happy to build you a custom GPT that you can give homeowners a QR code to or a link so they can get all of this information tailored to their situation based on the city and state they live in so the jurisdiction is correct." Once I built that for him, he started getting more and more leads. And he spread the word because people kept asking him how he was getting these leads. So it really started in a niche I was already familiar with and knew exactly what was needed. From there I made Airbnb design bots, concierge bots, deal analysis bots, etc. When I decided to explore selling online (an area I knew no one in), I leaned into what door knocking taught me: comfort with rejection. Also, a lot of those no's someday may become yes's. So I did cold outreach. I found coaches on Instagram that were interesting, that seemed authentic, that had good vibes and I would create a quick 3-minute Loom explaining how a custom GPT could fit into their business. Then I'd let them know if they're interested in hearing more, great, and if not, I wish them the best in their business.

@Gary Sanchez yes, and honestly I think I came up with the idea because I didn't want to "let him down" by not working with him. I did charge him but only $100. I had only built bots for myself and had no idea what it was really worth. Today I'd sell that bot for $749. I sold the next 3 for $100 but I wasn't sure if he had told him how much I charged him and I basically replicated his gpt with different links and contact info. I increased my pricing from there.
