I need advice
So I am currently building a website retail space renovation company and have 6-10 photos of their progress. Can someone guide me on the smoothest way to incorporate the progress pics into the landing page header? Right now it’s almost like a slide show and I feel like it looks off. All help is welcome!!
Overwhelmed by my file structure
Hey guys, I have been working on building my AI OS but I feel like there is just so many parts to it that my folder structure has become a little too disorganized (or at least I think so.) Please gimme suggestions/tips on how to fix this.

@Frank van Bokhorst I mean so far I’ve been asking it to follow the ICM structure by Jake van clief, and it has helped with context usage and been much more efficient. Maybe it’s just a skill issue and I need to work on understanding the basics better!!

From Personal AIOS to Company AIOS
I just finished watching Nate’s AIOS course For those of you who’ve made the leap and implemented a Company AIOS 1) What did you have to redesign so it could scale across roles and teams instead of staying a personal system? 2) What are the 2–3 best practices that made it work at team scale? Looking for concrete setups / resources / examples.

Has anyone here tried implementing other agents into their AI OS? Where they can handle tasks simultaneously? Example: Lead gen, follow up and also pricing and statement review agents? I need help!!!

@Tyler Garrett How did you go about setting that delegation model?
Need feedback: Which AI automation would you pay for?
I'm building an AI automation business and trying to focus on solutions that create real ROI for clients. If you owned a business, which of these would you pay for first? A. Lead response & appointment booking B. AI receptionist C. Review generation D. Customer support chatbot E. Something else Interested to hear what people are actually seeing clients buy in 2026.

Honestly in an ideal world, the AI receptionist would be able to handle some of the other tasks- when I call the front desk at the dentist for example, I am hoping they can also handle scheduling, not transfer me over to another department. So atleast those two def connect. I would personally look at building the receptionist but giving it more features to truly stand out.
